That was yesterday - it is history. Don't dwell on it and don't let it control your future. Learn from it.
Today is now and Tomorrow is yet to be made. Make it a great day.
Good Luck

Huskyforlife,
You are on the money. I checked out the nutritional info and almost got sick. I can't believe there is that much crud in something so tasty. Thanks for the heads up. I knew it wasn't great, but I had no idea.

Pick up the pieces and get back on track. Not the end of the world but admit your mistake, which you already have done, then move on. Oh yeah, never touch, think or look at a bloomin onion again! Nutritional link to follow. Good luck!

Bloomin Onion is so hard to pass up but once I checked the calories..that is all it took! Other than that...the others don't sound that bad. It is hard to keep your eating clean when you don't have the opportunity cook for yourself due to traveling. Try and keep some healthy snacks with you, this will help keep you on track. I always keep some almonds and fiber one bar in my purse for the unexpected.

Good luck, you will have it mastered in time!
