First workout
Hey all,
I know 52DC doesn’t start until the 11th, but i’ts monday and it seemed like the perfect day to start my TNT workout plan. I’ve been following the meal plan for just over two weeks and dropped 6-7 pounds. The workout this morning really gave me a wake up call as to how far I have to go. I couldn’t do the push-ups in the warm up and I kinda feel like I’ve been hit by a dump truck now that I’m done with the workout. I’m glad I got the first one out of the way and I’m optimistic of what the future holds. Will write again soon.

Go for it - in a couple of weeks you will be knocking out 10-15 pushups without a blink. Amazing - but it happens.

Great start!!! It will get easier with each day. Just keep going, you will be amazed at how fast your body changes!!!
